On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a toilet, plus a storage area for cleaning supplies. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: a landing bedroom with two single beds, a dresser, and a closet, and a second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and two armchairs. There’s also a bathroom with a bathtub, single sink, and toilet on this floor. The two bedrooms are connected; you must pass through one to reach the other. Bed linens and towels are available for an extra charge. Outside, the house offers a bin storage area, additional storage, a small garden, and private parking. Located in the center of a small Sologne village, you’re just steps from shops, a bakery, and a restaurant 200 m away. Communal green spaces are behind the house, and a small stream is 200 m away. The village is beautifully flowered in summer and offers a pleasant setting—perfect for exploring châteaux and relaxing.
